The Board is responsible for the overall direction of the organization. The responsibilities are defined in the By-laws. Eventually the governance of the organization will be handled by individual clubs after sufficient clubs have been formed.

PSA Master Rated Instructor in Freestyle and Pairs on ice , World Coach, inventor of the Freedom Blade and co-inventor of PIC-Skate inline figure skate., authored teaching curriculums for the International Inline Skating Association (IISA) and the "Gym-Skate" program for schools.
30 years ice coaching experience. PSA Master Rated in figures and Freestyle, and Senior Groups Taught more than 15000 children and adults in US and Russia including future Olympians.
